Isaac Furr Found Hanging By A Plow-Line

Maysville, Ga., May 21 [1891]

- Isaac Furr, a prominent farmer of Banks county, hanged himself in his barn this morning after breakfast. He was found at 11 o'clock suspended by a plow-line which he securely fastened to a rafter and swung himself from the loft. He was well as usual. He had been somewhat despondent, but no cause can be assigned for the rash act. The news of his death was quickly sent to friends in Homer and the coroner is now making preparations for an inquest in the morning. He was about 60 years of age, a good, quiet citizen and successful farmer
