"The foregoing Insolvent list, examined, approved and allowed by the Court, and it is ordered that said lists to be paid to the Solicitor-General, Clerk of the Superior Court, Sheriff, and Justices of the Peace and Bailiffs by law entitled out of any funds, fines and forfeitures at the present term of the Court where by law entitled".
