Luvicy Mize widow of Clackson Mize late of said county on
the 26th day of November 1877 departed this life and your petitioner desires
that the allowance due under the Act of the legislature requiring the appointment
of five discreet persons to Set apart to his widow the amount necessary for
the Support, maintenance of said widow for the space of 12 months from the
date either in money or such property as may be selected by the widow and
also to set apart for the widow a Sufficient amount of the household furniture
for her use and further to require said appraisers to return to you for record
their proceedings.
This the 12th day December 1877
