. Acts of the General Assembly passed at Milledgeville at an annual session

in November-December 1861

That the acts of Micajah Estes, Deputy Clerk of Ordinary of Banks County,

from the first of May last to the present time, in the absence of Elisha Headen, the Ordinary of said county, in the military service of the Confederate States, be, and the same are hereby made legal and binding as though the same had been had before the legally commissioned Ordinary of said county of Banks.
