Personally appeared before me, Ordinary of said county, Mrs. M. J. Sisk who duly sworn says on oath that her husband, Capt. W. S. Sisk departed this life on the 22^nd day of February 1908, and that she is his lawful widow.

That he was drawing a state pension of $60.00 per annum.
